Tenor analyses social media comments at scale to evaluate public opinion. The high-volume analysis of qualitative comments allows Tenor to provide the statistical insights of polling in conjunction with the rationale that formed them.
Method
Collect
Every comment on relevant posts is aggregated. A wide range of sources, which are listed in detail, are used to promote demographic representativeness.
Read
Each comment is processed via multi-stage LLM analysis and placed into an ever-evolving set of categories and subcategories. The opinion of each comment is derived allowing statistical analysis.
Code the reasons
The reasons why an opinion is held are grouped and datafied. Clients can see how commenters justify their views, and how prevalent each reason is.
Report
Every figure is accompanied by relevant information helping clients form better judgements.
